Darren is enthusiastic for entrepreneurship and helping good people and companies achieve success. He is currently a business and financial advisor for several start-up and entrepreneurial companies that are focused in various industries and technologies.
Previously, Darren was a Director, Institutional Research at GMP FirstEnergy (previously FirstEnergy). He has over 18 years of business, financial and investment experience, of which 15 years were at FirstEnergy, a premier boutique investment bank focused on energy.
Mark Jackson, MBA, CFA
Mark has over 12 years of business, financial and investment experience, with a focus on capital markets. He has been part of a number of debt, equity and M&A transactions. Previously, Mark managed investor relations and business development for a Canadian oilfield services company. He also held various roles at FirstEnergy and at Credit Suisse, a global investment bank, based in the London, England, office.
